Chef Ari Taymor’s terrific brunch pop-up called “Little Prince” is now a permanent restaurant by the same name. The menu focuses on seasonally changing farmers’ market produce. Some of the most popular dishes from the brunch menu are the Smoked Brisket with Anson mills Grits, Cast-iron Pancakes, Smoked Salmon Hash with Seaweed Hollandaise. Tried the fork-tender Wood oven Roasted Lamb with Cauliflower, Chive yogurt & Fried Egg (shown here), it’s highly recommended. The healthy Turmeric Latte was outstanding. The service was attentive and the atmosphere hip and happening!
