Microwave Salmon in a Bag

1 salmon filet
2 slices tomato
2 slices lemon
Handful of asparagus, trimmed
Dash of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Few basil leaves, torn
Cut a sheet of parchment paper to cover and form a pouch over the salmon filet. Brush parchment paper with olive oil.
Place the trimmed asparagus on the parchment paper.
Place the salmon on top of the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour a little more olive oil on the filet. Add some basil leaves.
Top with lemon slices and then the tomato slices. Sprinkle more basil leaves on top.
Fold the parchment paper over the salmon filet to form a pouch and crimp the edges tightly to lock in moisture.
Microwave the salmon for 3 minutes. Check to see if the pouch puffs up. If not, then cook in 30 second increments until it puffs up. Remove from microwave and serve in the pouch with a slit in the center.
