A delicious and easy orange pudding (kheer) recipe.
5 tbsp sugar
50g mixed nuts
1 liter milk
Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat in a large saucepan.
Reduce heat to low. Add the nuts, sugar and raisins. Cook until milk becomes thick.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, peel the oranges and remove the segments of all skin and seeds.
Stir orange segments into the milk mixture and serve.
