Quick Egg Custard
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk the egg and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
Add the milk and whisk to mix.
Stir in the vanilla extract and flour. Beat until mixture is well blended.
Pour mixture in a pan and cook stirring constantly for about 10 minutes or until mixture thickens to a custard consistency.
Remove from heat and let cool. Serve with toppings of your choice if desired.
