Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp honey or other sweetener
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chocolate chips for topping
Directions:
Combine coconut flour and baking powder in a large microwave safe mug.
Mix in the almond butter, almond milk, coconut oil, honey, egg and vanilla extract thoroughly.
Microwave on high for 1 ½ to 2 minutes depending on your microwave power. Start checking at 1 minute interval and keep cooking in 15 second intervals until done.
Top with chocolate chips. Serve when cooled.
