Ingredients:
3 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 medium potatoes, halved
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Few mint leaves (optional)
Directions:
Boil potatoes and cauliflower in a pot for 15 minutes.
Put potatoes, cauliflower and pumpkin in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add mint leaves, cream, salt and black pepper to the processor. Pulse for a few seconds until combined thoroughly. Serve.
