Ingredients:
3 roasted red peppers, chopped
½ cup walnuts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
½ tsp hot red chili flakes
1-2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice or to taste
3-4 tbsp fine fresh bread crumbs
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Salt to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed well.
Serve at room temperature with pita bread or any crackers.
