Ingredients:
2 cups soy or any non-dairy milk
2 tsp matcha powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Warm the milk until heated through.
In a small bowl, mix the matcha powder and I table spoon milk into a smooth paste. Stir in the turmeric powder and mix until smooth.
Pour the milk into a mug and add the matcha paste. Froth with a hand blender or stirrer. Serve.
