A cooling & refreshing watermelon cocktail for hot summer days.
6 hours (includes freezing time)
4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
½ cup rum
¼ cup lime juice or according to taste
¼ cup triple sec
1 tbsp honey
Fresh mint leaves for garnishing
Freeze watermelon cubes for at least 5-6 hours.
Place frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, rum, triple sec, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.
