Protein Rich No Bake Cheesecake
8 oz organic cream cheese, softened
16 oz low fat organic cottage cheese (1.5% milkfat)
4 tbsp sugar or to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest plus more for garnishing
One 9-inch store bought graham cracker crust
Fresh berries & fruits for garnishing
Place cream cheese, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest in large bowl.
Use a hand mixer and mix until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Smooth filling with a spatula and spread evenly into the edges of the crust.
Garnish with orange zest, chopped strawberries, blue berries, or any other fruits and berries of your choice. Slice and serve.
